Hall and Catering Groups

 

Catering: 3 to 4 times per year, for approximately 4 hours per function, assist in final preparation, serving and cleaning up at banquets in our parish hall.

 

Bartending:  3 to 4 times per year, an extended evening each time; prepare bar setup, serve drinks, collect bottles and glasses throughout the evening, set out an already prepared late night lunch.

 

Funeral Lunches:  Help serve a simple lunch on an as needed basis.

 

Tea Towels:  1 or 2 times per year; launder tea towels and some other linens after hall functions.

 

Fall Supper:  Phoning for donations or volunteering to help at the fall supper (before, during & after).

 

Special Events:  Organize special intergenerational theme-based activities throughout the year.
